Álvaro Justen, also known as Turicas, is a developer of software and teacher. Since 2004 he is a free software activist, started with Python in 2005 and since then contributes to the community Brazilian (even organized the national event - the PythonBrasil - in 2012). Creator of the Brasil.IO project, which releases open data Brazilians in accessible formats, and from the rows library, which facilitates the access and conversion of tabular data. It is chemically dependent on special coffees and is always traveling to congresses (and training your Spanish).
